A rich dark chocolate sponge is layered with a milk chocolate coffee crémeux and topped with crunchy cocoa crumble, before being enveloped in a silky dark chocolate Bavarian mousse.

Finished with a shimmering gold glaze, crunchy cocoa nibs, and delicately adorned with 23 karat edible gold leaves. 

This elegant entremet celebrates the bold character of freshly brewed coffee and the deep notes of dark chocolate.
